190th Avenue Final Walk Through

We have reached the end of this project.  If you are interested in seeing a few more of the pictures that got us from the beginning of the building phase to watching the final walk through video clicking the picture to the right on this page , check the entire picture portfolio on Facebook.  After working with the homeowner on this project for a bit over 2 months, it turned out fantastic and we believe created the balance of sensibility with a bit of wow that the homeowner was looking for.  Solid 3/4″ Acacia prefinished hardwood runs throughout the common areas of the home.  We opted for a prefinished product as the homeowner has a very active dog and with the “harder” finishes achieved in a factory setting, it lent itself to a longer serviceable life than sand in place options.  They chose Schrock Maple cabinets in a dark chocolate brown color throughout the home to add uniformity.  With dovetail slow closing drawers and doors and roll outs through out the kitchen, they will have many years of high comfort usage from their selections.  3 cm Santa Cecelia granite adorns the 13′ island and counter tops giving ample room for cooking, baking, and most certainly entertaining.  All of the bathrooms have heated floors with solid surface counter tops and tiled showers.

With all of the mechanical systems being updated to modern conveniences this 1960’s ranch has new convenient lifestyle breathed into that the homeowners will enjoy for years to come!
